Aaron Blass is an experienced senior-level, change leadership expert with over a decade of experience in his field. He is a strong driver of end-to-end business transformation with an impact spanning multiple disciplines of business. 

Aaron Blass began his professional career at GlaxoSmithKline as a Senior Pharmaceutical Sales Representative. For two years, Aaron worked with the GlaxoSmithKline sales team to develop and implement brand strategies ensuring a consistent marketing message. During his tenure with GlaxoSmithKline, Aaron successfully designed, planned, and organized programs and events to promote key product benefits to health care providers. He also created both monthly and quarterly sales and budget forecasts in order to optimize portfolio growth efficiency. During his short time with the company, Aaron achieved national sales ranking in the top 20% and regional sales ranking in the top 10%. 

In November of 2010, Aaron transitioned to Lifepoint Dental Group where he served as President of Business Operations and Development for the next 9 years. Under this role, Aaron was responsible for the growth of the rapidly emerging dental practice, ensuring operational excellence. Blass successfully helped Lifepoint Dental Group transform from a single location company to a multi-location dental practice, promoting a industry leading revenue growth. During this time, Aaron was also responsible for developing a team of high-performing individuals, capable of executing the ever-changing business process. 

In 2018, Blass accepted a consultant position with Select Medical, a provider of inpatient acute rehabilitative hospital care and outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy services. As a key leader in business operations development, Aaron leveraged his years of experience to build value and drive growth. Within his first year with Select Medical, Aaron was chosen to join and consult a regional business unit with more than 36 months of negative trending EBITDA. Over the next 12 months, Aaron successfully drove EBITDA improvements and reduced operational inefficiencies with general process improvement, change management, and re-energized team culture.

Today, Aaron Blass is focused on leveraging his experience in order to transform business cultures and promote continuous improvement. Blass is truly a change leadership expert who has an unparalleled ability to visualize the full strategic picture and align management processes initiatives with corporate goals. With a deep understanding and broad experience across various sectors including healthcare, human resources, and consumer products, Blass is a pioneering business leader with a proven ability to foster winning cultures.
